Character: A diverse route featuring two technical ascents — Ma’ale Eli and Ma’ale Nahal Mitzlaot — followed by a fast and open line crossing the Small Crater and connecting to the Mitzlaot ridge axis.

Advantages: Includes a beautiful section of the Israel National Trail with impressive views over the Small Crater.

Disadvantages: A committing route. No public transportation access.

Pro Tip: A dip at Gev Yamin at the end of the route.​
