Character: A circular route featuring a significant, sustained and technical ascent through Nahal and the cliffs of Gishron, with a fast, descending jeep-track return leg.
Advantages: Impressive terrain along the Egyptian border. Technical route. Accessible by public transportation. Water can be cached at Nahal Shlomo night parking area.
Disadvantages: No water sources along the route.
Point of Interest: Post-run chill at Mosh’s Beach.
Variation: The route can be shortened to 13 km by arranging a shuttle or hitching from Road 12 (Nahal Shlomo night parking area). See route here.
